The Christmas play in the National Park of Pollino a great solemnity. The atmosphere of Christmas, its light, its colors bring us back to the old traditions and ancient customs, some of which remain intact and alive in spite of all innovation. So guests of La Locanda di San Francesco spent the Christmas weekend walking around the villages and mountains of the Pollino National Park. Even the weather gave us a snowfall that has whitened the mountains from 1000 m up, making us spend the day St. Stephen's in the mountains for a walk in the snow .....
now snow on the mountains nor there really so much, we wait for the next day for snowshoeing on the trails of the Pollino National Park ...
