Ingredients: 150 g
flour 150g sugar 3 eggs
Grendi or 4 small
100 ml water 60 ml vegetable oil
half a bag of yeast
4g of salt pinch of cream of tartar
Oromo kind of lemon or orange peel grated
Procedure:
Whisk the egg whites with steadfast cream of tartar
and set aside;
in another bowl mix in sequence:
flour, zuccherolievito, salt, egg yolks, zest lemon or orange.
We combine the egg whites gently from the bottom up until you get a nice smooth and homogeneous.
versed in all the mold Butter OR NOT floured and bake at 160 degrees for about 30 min. Checking with the toothpick test.
If you use the largest pan doubling the dose, you have to cook for 50 min.
